Introduction
WAFRA is committed to providing reliable domain and server services while protecting customer rights in accordance with the Telecommunications Consumer Protection Policy issued by Qatar's Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA).
1. Domains
- Registration and renewal fees for domain names are non-refundable once payment is completed.
- If the domain cannot be registered due to a technical error caused by WAFRA, the customer is entitled to a full refund or an alternative domain of equal value.
2. Hosting & Servers
- Hosting and server subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated.
- If WAFRA is unable to activate the service due to a technical issue on our side, the full amount will be refunded.
3. Additional Services
Includes: SSL certificates, CDN, security solutions, email services, and any add-on services.
These services are non-refundable once activated, unless activation failed due to a technical issue from WAFRA.
4. Technical Issues & Compensation
- If a service disruption occurs due to a technical fault from WAFRA, we will resolve the issue immediately.
- Customers may receive service compensation in the form of free additional service days (Credit Days) when applicable.
5. Refund Process
- Any approved refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund processing time is 5–10 business days from the date of approval.
6. Complaints
- Customers may submit complaints directly to WAFRA regarding any service issue.
- If the customer is not satisfied with the resolution, they have the right to escalate the matter to the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) according to the official procedures.
